Konstantina Zivla is a Fellow of Defense and Military Affairs Program at SSI. She is an International Criminal Lawyer with expertise in cross-border defence, INTERPOL mechanisms, and international investigations.

 

She currently works as a Legal and Investigation Officer at Athena Intelligence S.A. (Geneva) and is an Associate Member at Outline Chambers in London (formerly “Guernica 37 Chambers”).

 

Konstantina’s work focuses on submissions before INTERPOL’s Commission for the Control of Files (“CCF”), as well as legal assessments concerning compliance databases such as LexisNexis and World-Check. She is particularly engaged with questions of accountability in international law enforcement and data-processing frameworks, and occasionally publishes in the International Enforcement Law Reporter.
